For 40+ years, we’ve been building our wonderful client’s bespoke timber garden buildings and thriving off the positive word-of-mouth we’ve received in Surrey, Hampshire, Berkshire & West Sussex.
So how does it work?
We give you the tools and expert consultation to design your own bespoke timber garden building – to your exact specification and needs. Here at Phoenix, we don’t sell pre-designed or pre-built products, all of our buildings are personalised to your desired requirements.
On our website, our free at home design and quotation system helps to begin making your vision a reality. Ensuring the fine details are carefully considered, add on extras adjust the pricing bespoke to your design.
Once we have confirmed the delivery date with you, all the materials will arrive on site that day, causing minimal disruption to your day. Our dedicated team will stay on your build until it is all finalized, we only ever complete one project at a time, ensuring the best for our customers.
What areas do we serve?
We serve a 50 mile radius from GU10 – Including Surrey, Hampshire, Berkshire & West Sussex.
The Process
Once we’re received a 25% deposit which confirms your delivery slot not necessarily your order – you have until 4 weeks prior to you delivery date to make any changes.
We then look to get your order confirmed and signed off. Once your order has been confirmed, any additional services needed (i.e plasterer, electrician, plumber etc) are then liaised with and all dates are project managed by Sophie Heather in the office and all materials are placed on order ahead of the works starts date.
Two to three weeks prior to the delivery date you’ll receive a full “Works Schedule” along side a “Payment Schedule” so you know who’s coming and what they’re doing and what needs paying and when.
Then you sit back and watch it all come to life in your very own garden!
Once your Timber Building is completed, we quality check and sign this off with you. You then will receive a “Finishing Pack” which contains all guarantee’s, copies of your order and 3D Drawings and a how to look after your timber building advice sheet.

John Heather
John is the business owner and has worked hard for many years. He LOVES meeting and greeting with customers and is looking forward to retiring soon and passing the business over to his children!
Jonathon Heather
Jonathon is Production Manager, this means he is in control of every building that gets manufactured, delivered and erected.
Sophie Heather
Sophie is Office Manager, she runs everything behind the scenes including materials, emails, calls, quotes, timetable and customer service
Vince Rowley
Vince is part of the manufacturing team that works hard to make deliver and erect each building.
Buster Heather
Buster is in the office, his job role includes barking to let us know customers are here, eating everyone’s lunch and giving everyone else cuddles.
