Building Removal
We are happy to carry out any current garden building removal and site clearance that may be needed before the delivery and construction of your new garden building.*

Groundwork
Any ground works required for your building will be listed separately within your quotation. Any extra ground works can be quoted for separately.

Plastering
Internal plastering services can be provided, organised by us. The benefit of having plastering gives your new timber building the professional finish and the feel of being in a room just like in your own home! Priced upon request.

Frequently Asked Questions
Does a garden office add value?
Yes, a well-designed garden office can add value to your property. Buyers see it as a flexible extra room, perfect for remote working or a dedicated workspace separate from the main home. A bespoke timber office from Phoenix Timber Buildings is built to last, making it an attractive investment.
Do you need planning permission for a garden office?
Most garden offices fall under permitted development, provided they meet certain size and placement rules. If your design goes beyond these limits, planning permission may be required. Our complimentary site visit helps you understand exactly what’s possible in your space.
How much does a garden office cost?
All of our offices are bespoke, so the price depends on your chosen size and specification. We begin with a shell structure that you can upgrade to suit your needs, with every adjustment costed individually. This way, you’re always in control of your budget.
How to get Wi-Fi in a garden office?
There are several ways to connect your garden office, from extending your home Wi-Fi with boosters to installing a dedicated cable or router. Your Project Manager can advise on the best solution based on the location of your office and how you plan to use it.
