Mr du Plessis wanted his garage to remind him of his homeland, back in South Africa. We created this, with the use of extended verandas at his request. This building would not be out of place on the High Veldt. This building was erected in Frimley.

The Phoenix Timber Building Traditional Garage is initially priced as a SHELL BUILDING that can then be upgraded to your own specification. Each adjustment will be costed individually so that you know exactly where your money is going.
These may include changes to any of the following:

You will have a choice of roof shape, covering and the colour of your guttering. On our Traditional Garages the external cladding is tanalised which means – maintenance free! -We have a choice of Garage doors and windows for you to choose from. In relation to ground preparation, as this building doesn’t come with a “floor” then we recommend having a Concrete Base & Brick Course – we can quote you directly for this
Our Traditional Garage SHELL consists of the following:
The roof is covered with 38kg Green Mineral Felt providing weather protection for at least 5 years. It is gutter ready with a flat fascia and a drip rail.
The walls are 7’ 2” (2185mm) high with 4” x 2” (100mm x 50mm) tanalised framing. The outside walls are covered with 35mm Tanalised Rustic cladding. Openings will be made for your door and window requirements.
The Traditional Garage shell building does not include a floor, what we recommend having is a Concrete Base & Brick Course
Delivery, construction and VAT are all included.
